Quite frankly, we have become fairly picky about trading links these days. Why? Because we maintain this site for the benefit of our visitors by giving them the most credible, useful, interesting information we can possibly offer.

Quality website and blog link trading is the most beneficial kind of link trading for us. We visit other sites often, and if we like what they have to say, we link to those sites … and we’ve noticed a lot of links coming into our site and real estate blog for the same reason.

Please be sure you follow the instructions below before you submit your information. If you can handle your business, you can handle our terms for trading links.

• We offer a simple, straightforward listing which links to your business site or blog, arranged by the communities or areas you serve on a tightly themed page. One listing per company.


• What we ask from you is a plain vanilla, no-frills text link to our site, placed on your home page. Repeat – on your HOME page. Discreetly at the bottom is fine, as long as it is clearly visible. (see below)


• DO NOT submit your site or blog if you are unwilling or unable to link to this site from your home page. We do not selling listings and we do not have any plans to do so at this time.


• We can't predict how many visitors you might receive from a listing in our directory, but we can say that we target a quality market and maintain a high page rank.

Notes about links

• Please use the URLs we provide (including the trailing slash), and note that we do NOT want the http://www. or www. part added. Also, be sure that extra spaces do not get added to the link when you copy and paste. It's okay to add some formatting, and we will usually accept logical variations in the anchor text… but the URL must be exact.
• The link must be constructed so that search engine spiders will have no trouble recognizing the URL and indexing it accurately. That means no javascript, no tracking code added, no redirects, no framing, etc. – just a plain-vanilla HTML text link on a plain-vanilla HTML page with no framing and no redirects. (If you don't know what this means, find out before you submit.) We will only post links that are totally search engine spider friendly… and we ask the same in return.
• When you link to this site, it link will add highly relevant 'spider food' to your page and support your site's theme. ('Spider food' is text content that helps search engine spiders determine what your site is about.)
• The webmaster who built our first site included a number of related links selected at random and listed them for our readers, but those links are being replaced by sites and blogs that link back to us. Low quality sites and site with low page rank will be bumped first.
